With a distinguished career as a professional engineer spanning 20 years and a bachelor’s in business administration, he has consistently demonstrated visionary leadership and a profound understanding of the industry.
Alexander embodies the core values of integrity, quality, and safety, inspiring the team to achieve new heights in delivering exceptional engineering solutions. As a thought leader in the field, he has actively contributed to industry advancements, further solidifying PREMS’s reputation as an innovative and forward-thinking entity.
Sandra holds a BBA and MBA in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico in Aguadilla and the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico in San Germán, respectively. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in Puerto Rico since 2003.
Her background, which includes 20 years as leader of Controllership for Hewlett Packard and Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Puerto Rico, have formed her into a professional with a strong finance acumen and a culture of excellence, ensuring proper controls and compliance with government agencies and US Generally accepted accounting principles in complex business environments. She also has years of experience in accounting and federal housing tax credit compliance roles for management housing industry, as well as experience in public accounting with Ernst & Young.
Her education and years of experience in both manufacturing and service industries, have developed the right set of skills and strong financial acumen to deliver the required level of financial insight and analysis by using relevant financial data to assist in making informed and timely decisions. Combined with excellent strategic planning by developing and implementing financial strategies and solutions aligned to business goals.
With a distinguished career spanning several decades, Noel is a seasoned professional and an esteemed Puerto Rico College of Engineers and Surveyors member with License #8148. Commencing his professional journey in 1976, he honed his skills as a Construction Inspector and Project Supervisor for the Department of Public Works in the Municipality of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Subsequently, he contributed to restoring river channels in Puerto Rico as a Construction Inspector for the Federal Soil Conservation Department in 1977. In the subsequent years, he transitioned into the private sector, holding key positions as a Project Engineer and Manager for Sam P. Wallace Construction Co. in Puerto Rico and Trinidad & Tobago.
From 1985 to 2021, Noel’s career achieved significant milestones at Hewlett Packard Co., where he assumed pivotal roles, including Resident Engineer/Owner Representative, Maintenance Engineer, and Project Manager. Noel played a crucial role in seamlessly transferring technologies and developing cutting-edge facilities, demonstrating his versatile expertise. Since 2021, he has continued contributing his valuable skills as an Inspector and Project Manager for PREMS, overseeing refurbishing projects and new constructions in Puerto Rico. Noel’s wealth of experience is a testament to his dynamic and successful career in the fields of engineering and project management.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, Adrian is dedicated
to advancing the fields of packaging engineering, supply chain management, and production tools through continuous improvement and innovative solutions. He is a seasoned Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Manager and Engineer with extensive experience in Packaging Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Production Tools.
With a proven track record in process control, world-class manufacturing techniques, quality, and manufacturing engineering, he is committed to achieving objectives within a collaborative teamwork environment. His expertise includes various materials and processes such as thermo/injection molded plastics, metals, papers, packaging design, corrugated lamination/board, and more. He possesses strong negotiation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Notable achievements from his tenure at Hewlett Packard/Imaging & Printing Group Americas include driving significant cost savings, managing commodities effectively, and playing a crucial role in supporting new product introductions and contract manufacturing negotiations. Adrian’s commitment to excellence is reflected in his certifications, including Certified KT Problem Solving Master and LSS Green Belt, along with a Medical Emergency Response Team certification.
